Delivery and Returns

With the courier company:

Our company collaborates with courier Courier companies (ACS) in order to ensure the prompt delivery of your products throughout Greece. All products are shipped in 1-5 business days of placing your order, if it is available, and the shipping cost is:


In the case of cash on delivery, besides the cost of transport, there will be a proportionate charge on your order total, which will be 3 euros for the whole of Greece.

CAUTION! For some sites that the mission is not possible via courier, e.g. inaccessible area, then the delivery will be accomplished through ELTA (Greek Postal Service). In case of large package weight, where delivery by courier cannot be done using ELTA (Greek Postal Service) , a transport agency will be used.

The charge of each shipment depends on the combination of size and weight (Volumetric System International Air Transport Association IATA). If the volumetric weight of your shipment is greater than actual, (cases of light and at the same time very bulky packages), then the charge is based on the volumetric weight and will notify you with a written email confirmation for the total shipping cost of your order.

With transport agent:

  • For large volume orders and weight, it is very likely your order will ship with a transport agency. The delivery of your order to the agency within 1-5 working days and the receipt of your order is made by the transport agency headquarters. Shipping costs shall be borne by the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the order at the headquarters of the transport agency. In this case, unfortunately it is not possible to pay by cash on delivery.

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

  • Availability
    In cases where the products you ordered are not available you will be notified by e-mail or telephone for the exact delivery time.
  • Force majeure
    If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, etc) is not possible to deliver the goods within the specified time will let you know via e-mail, in order to indicate whether you want, under these conditions, the completion of your order.

To avoid your own discomfort, we recommend you to be careful at the time of delivery of your order, the status of your products and the packaging intact, in order to detect any obvious defects, such as incorrect product shipment, product broken, missing parts, etc. Returns of products that are sold through our company’s website referred to in the following cases:

In case of incorrect product shipment, which will be due to the company or to suppliers, the customer will be entitled to reimbursement of the product within ten (10) days from receipt thereof. The product must be in perfect condition, never been used, the packaging is intact and includes the original content. In this case, the return costs will be borne by the company.

Also, the customer will be entitled to withdraw from the contract without stating the reasons and to return the product within ten (10) days from receipt thereof, as defined in the Consumer Protection Act according to Greek Laws. The product must be in perfect condition, never been used, the packaging is undamaged (closed) and includes the original content. In this case, the return costs will be borne by the customer.

In the above cases, the customer will be liable for the loss or deterioration of the products to return them to the company. Consequently, we recommend returns be made either by registered letter of the HELLENIC POST or by using couriers services (courier).
